BTexact has a heritage of excellence in research and technological development, but has historically provided services to BT Lines of Business on a cost recovery basis. As part of an increasing commercial focus, BTexact needed to reposition itself in the market as a high quality provider of advanced technology solutions. The resource required to support this organisation had to be capable of understanding and acting on technically complex messages and establishing competitive positioning against specialist organisations operating in the field of advanced communications technology.

Focused support during periods of high activity
During the initial phase of business transformation, BTexact line management were fully occupied developing and implementing existing plans. The transformation project itself identified new areas that required additional resource as well as requiring immediate input into areas such as defining broad commercial messages and realigning the PR activity.
